With regard to building a concert hall, I am very much in support of this .
As a working musician that has been playing in concerts in Cambridge since 1988 I can see the absolute need for a modern hall that could seat 300-500 people . Currently we are restricted to churches ( seat 200) or the university concert hall which is expensive and no parking . Cambridge is musically rich but lacks this venue . Saffron Walden’s Hall is superb but huge and again expensive and not in Cambridge! There would definitely be a market for a new hall.
