The doucments, settleement boundary and settlement heirarchy should be updated to reflect the position they are one settlement - Bassingbourn - cum - Kneesworth and be upgraded to a rural centre.

As per comment submitted under JDi Reference Number 201373 - the development extents need to be revised given Bassingbourn and Kneesworth are one and the same now (Bassingbourn - cum - Kneesworth). Same letter being submitted again under this section, as comments on both. Site being promoted is land located west of Old North Road.
