This response is a request for the Greater Cambridge Planning Team to ‘look at the bigger picture’ and to consult with Stakeholders – The Ramblers, The BHS, the Cambridgeshire Local Access Forum and offroad cyclists - regarding the need to include protection and enhancement of the Rights of Way network within their planning policy. Natural surface rights of way benefit humans and the environment.
