Monitoring- page 31
There is no mention of monitoring of Supplementary planning documents, including Neighbourhood Plans.
There seems a theme that Inspectors expect Parish Councils to provide and produce technical monitoring reports, sometimes annually, which is a burden on parishes. This requires professional planning expertise, and it is requested that some support be provided by Greater Cambridge Planning to parish councils to fulfil this requirement.
