The status of any relocation strategy should be clearly defined and clarify whether it is intended to relate to the existing industrial areas only and how it would be used in the determination of planning applications submitted within the area.
The re-development of the WRC for other uses is dependant upon a replacement facility being provided as outlined in the document. It is essential that Anglian Water as a sewerage undertaker can continue to serve our customers both during construction and after the re-development of the land east of Milton Road including the Cambridge WRC site.
