The proposed mix of uses is supported and allows for a wide range of operators to occupy the site. However, it is considered that there is a need for the Council to undertake a survey of the existing provision on land to the east of Milton Road and the current occupiers of those units to ensure that any future development does not prejudice the ability for current businesses to continue to be successful. It is noted that this is the Council's current intention as set out in the Area Action Plan.
