I think many of the current industrial uses should be relocated elsewhere, although some uses - such as the bus depot - may need to stay in the area in order to support other needs of the city. I strongly support the redevelopment of the Nuffield Road industrial estate as there are too many HGVs accessing this residential area along a road with a school and health centre.
