Beware high volume "cycle storage". It tends to be slow and inconvenient to get your bike out. That, combined with it being easier to get your car out leads to the inevitable. It's not "cycle storage" but cycle parking. Think "car storage, cycle parking". Cycle parking should be convenient, accessible to all (ie you don't need to be 6 foot and strong), and quick to use.
