Definitely a library/community centre and plenty of public spaces - green areas for recreation and more urban areas for markets or open-air cinema. Lots of opportunities for free and social activities to ensure the area is inclusive for those in adjacent areas with high levels of deprivation. A sports centre and cafes would also provide many benefits.
Many of those in the Science and business parks work non-usual hours and travel by car to gyms, food outlets, shops outside the area. They should be able to access these easily on foot or cycle in future.
