Cambourne Town Council would question the capacity of Sackville house to take 1000 sqm and additional parking provision. There is concern that the Monkfield Medical Practice can be extended to take the Bourn Airfield development as it is already being extended to take the 2350 extra dwellings in West Cambourne. Taking the Catchment in Cambourne to 6874 dwellings and approximately 19000 population with Bourn Airfield it could be 9800 dwellings and a population of approximately 28,800.
